  9. Installing a Network-Adapter Driver
  10. -----------------------------------
  11. Follow the instructions given in "Installing and 
  12. Configuring Network-Adapter Drivers," in 
  13. Chapter 10, "Configuring Hardware," in the 
  14. "Microsoft Windows for Workgroups User's Guide."
  15. When requested to insert a disk, insert the disk
  16. you made during the downloading procedure, or
  17. type the path of the directory where you
  18. downloaded the driver.

  20. NOTE:  Some network-adapter driver files on the 
  21. WDL are compressed.  Control Panel automatically 
  22. handles compressed files during the driver 
  23. installation process.  Always use the Network Option 
  24. in Control Panel to install network-adapter
  25. drivers.  DO NOT copy WDL network-adapter driver 
  26. files directly into your Windows directory.
